Does the USA follow this poem.

The USA does not follow this poem. In this poem they say the USA welcomes everyone and wants them to be free but for hundreds of years we have had problems with people that are not white. In the 1800's it was slavery, in the 1950's it was racism, and now its the mexicans. Every generation always has a "problem" going on that contradicts this poem.
